Pickup hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00

Orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours during business days. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom charm bracelets and personalized items may require an additional 2-3 business days for assembly and quality checks.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Spain (Peninsula):

• Express Shipping: €9.95 (1-2 business days)
• FREE shipping on orders over €75

European Union:

• Standard Shipping: €9.95 (5-8 business days)
• Express Shipping: €19.95 (2-4 business days)

Worldwide:

• International Shipping: €24.95 (7-14 business days)

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
