Who assembles my bracelet?
Our team in Barcelona hand-assembles every bracelet and watch, in the order you choose in your cart. It's ready and shipped in 2–3 days.
How many charms fit on one bracelet?
Usually between 17 and 18 charms. You can start with a few and add more whenever you like.
Will your charms fit my Italian charm bracelet?
Yes. Our Italian Charms are designed to fit any standard 9mm Italian charm bracelet, so you can mix them with charms you already have.
Are the charms waterproof?
Our charms are made from high-grade stainless steel. They are waterproof and tarnish-free, so you can wear them every day.
How do I add or remove a charm?
Gently bend the bracelet to open a gap between two links, slide the charm in or out, then straighten the bracelet so it clicks back into place.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes! Visit us at Av. Gaudí 34, Barcelona — right next to the Sagrada Familia — and build your bracelet in person.
